Quantum Alloys USA, Inc. has two opening commissioned sales positions. We are seeking for a productive sales person interested in off-road wheel industry. He will be expected to bring our new products and exist inventory to distributors, acquire new customers, maintain existing relationships and research news on aftermarket wheels industry.
Quantum Alloys USA, Inc. design, monitor production, distribute aftermarket wheels around United States. We already had strong connection with distributors located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas.
Sell company products in accordance with company requirements and customer needs.
Provide information regarding products, account inquiries and order status via phone or email.
Keep track of old leads, new leads, and research for new customers.
Visiting new/existing customers
Accept inbound calls from customers and prospects. Make outbound calls regarding order updates or changes, followed by an email.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines; inform manager of all unresolved issues.
Be able to learn and be familiar with wheel specifics and designs.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Must hold a valid driver license
Be willing to travel.
Prior Sales Experience, more than 1 year.
Experience in aftermarket automotive wheel industry is preferred.
Consultative selling and closing skills, or the aptitude to learn
Solid PC, communication and time management skills
