Stillen is seeking a Product Catalog Manager. This position is located in Costa Mesa, CA.
Originate new product listings and standardize existing product data
Update and manage product catalog on SQL Database, Website and Excel Documents
Ensure accuracy of product listings and product fitment (SEMA ACE’s and PIE’s Data)
Standardize external and internal product data to meet cataloging requirements
Ensuring data flow through proprietary information management system
Intuitively recognize data and cataloging errors and correct as it relates to product fitment and features
Communicating with outside data management group on IT issues and ensuring workflow efficiency.

Advanced level skills in Excel
Experience creating content focused on marketing
Analytical skills to understand data models and complex structures
Familiar with automotive aftermarket terms and product listings
Strong interpersonal skills (Communication, motivation, team working)
Possess sufficient automotive knowledge to intuitively recognize errors and contribute to improving the accuracy of data
Familiarity with SEMA Co-Op (SDC) ACE’s and Pies data formatting a plus.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and projects simultaneously
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily attained
Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
Commercially aware/Interest in Truck, Off-Road or Automotive aftermarket; familiarity with Automotive shows, races and events is a plus.
