The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years' administrative experience and need minimal supervision to complete their work.
The Operations Admin is primarily responsible for:
Providing assistance to the shops (Centers of Excellence) in understanding and following instructions and procedures, and assist with enforcing proper repair processes and procedures
Tracking shop enrollment, assignments for scheduling and completion, status reporting
Follow-up with shops on their status and next steps needed to proceed forward
Administrative support for VeriFacts' coaches in the field
Telephone support for customers as well as VeriFacts team members
Ability to translate basic documents.
This is a remote position. The right candidate will be able to provide support during normal business hours. This is a full or part-time position, depending on workload and candidate qualifications.
Bi-lingual: fluent in French, conversational in English
A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role
Must have experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word and Outlook/mail
Must be comfortable with computer systems, data entry, workflow processing, and email handling
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Must be able to answer customer support phone calls (approx. 1-2 per day)
Must be a creative problem solver with a desire to provide excellent customer service
Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and process focused for consistent output
Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work independently
