Key Results Areas:
Meet/exceed New & Used sales volume
Maintain margins and maximize F&I contribution
Provide exceptional customer service/CSI
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Hire, train, motivate and lead strong sales team
Embrace, model and coach consistent sales process
Drive unit sales and F&I profit
Sales staff ongoing training and coaching is critical
Whenever you refer someone to us that we place we will send you a check up to $1,000 as a referral fee.
