Our Client, a Harley-Davidson dealer on the beautiful west coast, is seeking a proven General Manager to take the dealership to the next level. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing and growing dealer group in a strong market and beautiful location.
The General Manager is responsible for leading and directing the staff of the Harley-Davidson dealership to achieve revenue, budget, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability goals. GM has full P&L authority.
-Experience/success as a motorcycle dealership General Manager
-Strong track record of exceeding goals within established timeframe
-Experience with Dealer Management System software and CRM
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to hire, train, motivate and lead dealership staff to success
