We are seeking an organized, energetic, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our DSI sales team. In this role, you will lead a high performing sales team and maximize financial performance in your territory. Candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, excel in maintaining client relationships and have a true passion for sharing the benefits our products offer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Leads regional sales team and develops sales operation plans with the approval of DSI Director. • Manages assigned territory to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. • Responsible for achieving the client and activation targets for their territory. • Creates awareness of products, and conducts training and seminars for Employees, Dealers and their sales team. • Travels extensively throughout their specified territory, up to 75%. • Completes reoccurring reports and organizational duties. • Develops sales talent and the overall team. • Reviews regional expenses and drives improvements. • Networks with local business associations. • Performs other duties, as required.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required. • 5 years sales experience in dealership/automotive industry. • Must have great networking skills. • Accomplished sales and management skills. • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. • Must be able to travel and control all activities within their territory. • Established a track record in effective leadership and talent development. • Complete knowledge of New Car Dealer management and operations. • MS Office Proficient – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Prospect and area analytic skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS: • Working conditions are a standard office environment • Travel up to 75%.
