This individual must be highly organized, practice solid time management, and have the ability to manage people, projects, and tasks at a high level. Automotive passion or interest is a major plus.

This Project Manager position for Alloy Studios and Horsepower Wars is responsible for coordinating, planning and organizing video production projects - including original programming. You will be working with the video producers, video editors, camera operators and the Creative Operations Director. This position is based in Temecula (Murrieta), California.
About the Job.
The essence of the job is to coordinate all of the moving parts that entail our list of video projects to keep them moving forward in a timely fashion.
Manage communication between Sales, Pre-production, and Production on all video projects.
Develop and Manage pre-production & production schedules.
Help oversee projects are delivered on schedule, keeping the client, the video production team and Creative Operations Director well aware of project status, updates, and timelines.
Maintain clear pathways of communication with all connected departments to facilitate transparency on project timelines.
Working collaboratively with Video and Editorial, Manage pre-production on in-house editorial videos
Lead on our department’s project management software, plus monitor the accuracy of information.
Manage billing and financial reporting on all video department projects.
Time tracking coordination
Delivering Updated Video Production “Progress” Reporting Weekly.
Skills & Experience:
3-5 Years Experience as a Senior Admin or Lead Project Manager
To be successful - you need to be an auto enthusiast with varied market knowledge
Spreadsheet Experience Required (Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Project management skills to manage schedules and deadlines within a competitive business environment.
High attention to detail
Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required
Exceptional time management skills
General understanding of the video production process
