Group-A Engineering is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Team. Looking for a hardcore Motorsports enthusiast with a Marketing, Sales, and Business Development background. Since we are in the Aftermarket industry we are searching for someone who understands high performance aftermarket parts. We need someone who is dedicated to the end results and immersed in the field. If you are willing to take it to the next level, dig in, and really get to know the products then we are looking for you!
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. You will ensure proper after sales service. Identifying new sales leads by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by reaching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Partner with the Sales Team to create contract winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
Presenting our Company to potential clients.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate product/services.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative.

In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
