VeriFacts Automotive is looking for an administrative professional with bookkeeping experience to work in our Newport Beach office to support the CEO, CFO, and bookkeeper.
VeriFacts Automotive is based in Newport Beach, CA and we work with collision repair shops across the United States and Canada. We provide monthly coaching and training to collision repair shops; for more on our VQ Medallion program, please visit www.verifactsauto.com.
This role is primarily responsible for:
Supporting VeriFacts with accounting duties (both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
Performs monthly bank reconciliations
Performs credit card reconciliations.
Comfortable with light IT trouble shooting
Experience in an administrative role
Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
Must have experience working with QuickBooks
Enjoys working with numbers
Must be hard-working, have excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
Must be organized and a self-starter
