In spring 2018, we decided to go local in USA. We started with a small, yet powerful team of automotive enthusiasts and are currently searching for new colleagues with the same Start up mind set, and hands on mentality to help us build up RaceChip Americas.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative USA (m/f) to join our Team in Brea, California. In this role, you will be responsible for customer support for the USA.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide prompt and friendly customer support via phone, email and social media channels on issues ranging from simple to complex
Process orders, returns and warranty issues
Warehouse operations including order picking and shipment
Skillfully assist and retain customers through positive customer relationship building
Provide product recommendations and advice when needed
Meet and exceed service, accuracy, and productivity expectations
Communicate with T2-Support and Teamleads in our German Headquarter to solve and prevent customer complaints/issues
Suggest improvements to enhance corporate communications
Attend trade shows representing RaceChip USA
Assist with various projects and administrative tasks
Deep interest in cars, tuning and performance; ideally you possess a technical understanding of automotive engineering
Prior customer service experience
You love to make customers happy through being service oriented and solution focused
Provide solid problem-solving skills with proficient attention to details
Excellent social skills, an agreeable and convincing style, as well as a structured and diligent way of working
You have a great deal of self-motivation and are passionate about building RaceChip USA
Strong written and verbal communication
Intermediate applications software expertise (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Magento, Zendesk, telephone and chat support experience are a plus
Experience in a factory, warehouse or workshop is a plus
Bilingual/Spanish a plus
