The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates, advising managers, and driving the selection and conversion of excellent candidates. This candidate needs to work from our Headquarters during the first 90 days of employment after which he/she can work remote from a local 4 Wheel Parts store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and maintains all corporate job postings on multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn and any other recruitment sources
Insures job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives
Serves as an ambassador of our firm when reaching out to candidates
Uses all available resources to successfully source for top quality candidates
Cold calls candidates for positions while acting professionally in represent our organization
Increases the utilization of our applicant tracking system
Conducts direct recruitment for senior-level and executive management positions
Coordinates the onboarding program for new hires
Maintains a database detailing all recruitment-related metrics and analytics
Performs other duties as assigned

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
4-year degree preferably in Business, Human Resources, Human Resources Management, or related field required
3+ years of recruiting experience within a wide variety of job disciplines in a corporate environment required
Ability to provide real-time recruitment metrics and analytics for open positions
Knowledge of or ability to understand technical terminology and concepts
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks
Skilled in proactively evaluating business, client and candidates needs
Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence hiring managers
Working knowledge in ADP Workforce Now version 7 or higher desired
Ability to participate as a team-member as well as a leader in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under a tight timeline and pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Microsoft Office proficiency (including Outlook; Word; Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Working conditions are standard office environment
