The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for strategically building, growing and managing their sales territory. On a day to day basis the Inside Sales Representative will receive inbound sales/customer service calls from customers inside and outside their sales territory and will be expected to deliver world class customer service. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers via telephone in parts lookup and ordering, returns processing and other sales, technical and customer service functions, as well as technical assistance on multiple website platforms. Sales Reps will also be required to make outbound sales calls pitching current sales and promotions that are based on the customer’s type of business. Successful Sales Reps are team players who are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and technologically savvy sales professionals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary over time.
Maintain and grow sales territory by researching accounts, identify key players and generating interest.
Demonstrate a solid base knowledge of auto parts and truck accessories.
Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quota.
Follows and upholds and the corporate sales strategy and design.
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
Participates in training with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
Effectively communicate with internal/external customers and across internal departments.
Make 30+ outbound sales calls per week.
Stay well organized in an ever changing environment.
Requirements for the Inside Sales Representative
Excellent oral and written communication / interpersonal skills.
Must be self-driven and motivated to sell in an inbound/outbound environment.
Enthusiasm for working in a team environment.
Computer proficient in Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to adapt quickly to change positively and enthusiastically.
