As a Warehouse Manager for Fitech you are responsible for leading one or more teams to successfully execute daily, weekly, and routine goals using effective communication and leadership skills. You will assist in managing standards of safety and security while also monitoring and implementing ways to improve. Duties will include operations scheduling, inventory management, and inventory counts of all incoming aftermarket car products. In addition to some shipping and receiving tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills. Effectively manage a team of 5 or more. Ensure that safety and security are a top priority at all times. Candidates should be knowledgeable in inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes. Candidates should also be able to effectively communicate across multiple departments in regards to scheduling, inventory, and shipping/receiving updates. Candidates must also have the ability to lift, carry and move up to 65lbs.
Manage warehouse, shipping, and receiving in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
Effectively coordinate and communicate with departments regarding inventory, scheduling, and shipping/receiving updates.
Train and educate teams on how to enhance productivity and safety.
Assist warehouse personnel with warehouse related tasks such as shipping, receiving, and inventory as needed.
Directly managing a team of 5 or more.
Track and maintain accurate records of inventory.
Assist in department projects as assigned.
Must be able to lift, carry, and or move up to 65lbs.
5 years experience
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Forklift certification required
Strong Communication and Leadership skills
