We are looking for an energetic, driven, dependable Digital Sales Representative that understands the importance of a positive attitude and teamwork! Prior experience selling on eBay and eCommerce platforms is required.
Oversee, develop, and drive sales via eBay and eCommerce platforms Determine best practices for ideal management of eBay store(s) and make recommendations to Executive Team Ensure positive customer experience throughout transaction process to ensure loyalty Identify opportunities for your customers to leverage more revenue (upsell, value-added, etc.) Assist customers by offering technical support on products Work some events and trade shows (some light travel required) Order processing and data entry Other duties as required
Must have at least 2 years’ experience selling on eBay Must have experience selling via eCommerce platforms Must be highly-organized, able to multi-task efficiently Must know how to communicate effectively Must have excellent grammar and typing skills Must possess email and phone etiquette and professionalism Must be a self-sufficient person and quick learner Must exhibit a positive attitude Must be both big picture and detail-oriented Must be proficient with MS Office Suite Prior experience working in Automotive and/or knowledge of the industry is a BIG plus! Prior experience owning and operating an eBay store also a big plus!
