We are currently seeking a unique charismatic individual who will assist in supporting our sales division to deliver impeccable customer service through his/her natural ability to effectively understand the customer’s needs and proficiently communicate in order to build long term relationships.
Purpose: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling a variety of Vehicle Business Solutions, including vehicle fitment data, web-service consulting, wheel analysis services, and delivering exceptional customer service support to existing and prospective clients throughout the United States and in cases also for the Oceanic (Australia & New Zealand) region while building and maintaining relationships with assigned/identified accounts/territories.
Develop new business through cold-calling, networking, trade shows, and by developing strategic plans to sell into DriveRightData’s CRM prospects.
Drive continued business development growth through the addition of new services, upsell existing accounts, and ongoing maturation of each assigned client contract.
Drive decision-making integral to deal development, close new business, and be accountable for the implications of those decisions.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client recognition of DriveRightData's added value at all appropriate levels.
Directly report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Exceptional customer relationship, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize workload and meet deadlines.
Self-starter, proactive thinker and a can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and with CRM-systems
Minimum 3 years of Inside/Outside Sales experience.
A BA/BS in Marketing, Management, Communication or related field a plus.
