Develop sales strategy and specific action plan to drive short term and long term growth in orders and sales, including terms, rebates, discounts, marketing funds, etc.
Support BPI strategic initiatives through the identification of growth opportunities that result in high margin profit.
Prospect new accounts on the assigned territory
Drive the sales growth and expansion of the existing accounts
Responsible for conducting customer trend analysis, monitoring external and internal environment for development of new market segments, gap analysis, competitor analysis and market share data.
Develop the process and conduct Business Reviews with the customers (QBR)
Drive regular internal operation reviews
Responsible for evaluating operational issues to determine how competitive and current it is with the latest trends in the industry ongoing product and service offerings
Drive the customer centric initiative throughout the organization; develop tools and processes that strengthen the team and customer relationships
Assist in deploying customer retention strategy
Support business financial objectives through market and customer intelligence to ensure accurate planning and forecasting. Drive sales and profitability through continuous improvement activities.
Use a CRM system to track all work and pull necessary reports
Develops and maintains budget

Minimum BS/BA; MBA preferred
7 years of experience in sales management
10+ years of technical sales experience
Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Demonstrable ability in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
