As a Sales and Services manager you will lead a sales force in your assigned territory. Through this team you will sell automotive repair products to service centers, dealerships, and body shops. Snap-on Equipment has a wide range of premium products that help automotive service providers increase productivity and boost profits.

Highly Successful Sales and Service Managers
Through a district sales force sell equipment, parts, accessories, and service.
Personally responsible for selling equipment products to regional and national accounts.
Provide technical service to customers in a timely and cost effective manner by assigning appropriate resources.
Ability to transport and unload large shop equipment on occasion.
Demonstrating products and providing training to customers on products
Ensure that the district has full complement of qualified captive and non-captive Field Service Technicians and Equipment Sales Specialists.
Applying planning and metrics to monitor and evaluate performance of Sales and Services personnel.
Provide continuous feedback and coaching to develop the team taking corrective action when necessary.
Improve a sales and service team approach to customer satisfaction.
Develop district sales and service personnel strengthening the abilities of both functions.
Build solid relationships with personnel and customers with two way communication.
Simplify processes, meet or beat key performance measures for quality, and financial objectives.
Develop plans and tactics to grow the business.
Experience that leads to success:
Associates Degree or Technical Certificate necessary; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proven sales and service management experience of at least five years
Strong field sales experience
Capital equipment sales background
Accurate forecasting and planning ability
Exhibits leadership behaviors that show the individual is focused on meeting customer needs, driving solutions, meeting commitments, and building teams.
Invest approximately 75% of the time in the field.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, planning and the ability to monitor activities according to priorities.
Computer savvy (Microsoft Office suite)
