Description: Looking to bring an individual on board to a rapidly growing aftermarket automotive parts USA supplier. We require the invididual to have over 10 years of experience in working on the manufacture side and being well connected in the buying group ( Pronto, Network, Alliance, etc..) as well as had some experience with dealing with Retailers. Relationships and experience with these groups is a requirement.
The director of sales will be responsible for strategizing how to grow and diversify our exisiting sales. They will be dealing with over 1000 customers and hundreds of sales reps throughout the country. Experience in dealing with or managing sales reps is also a requirement.
Must have a bachelors degree. Must known Microsoft excel, Power-point, word, and project management software. Must know about budgeting and how to forecast sales with reports to upper staff. Must create Sales Goals and knows how to deal in contract negotiation. Knows how to sell to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing.
