The Inside Sales Associate we seek will be an experienced, disciplined, financially motivated outbound telemarketing closer with an assertive and deliberate follow up process to make sure every opportunity is followed to a close or until the opportunity becomes a non-target. The successful candidate will need to be a proven experienced sales closer over the telephone.
This is a full time 100% commission position. There is no ceiling on the commission.
The learning curve for training is very short and can be achieved in a couple of days off and on working with the sales manager. Experience in the automotive aftermarket or with truck accessories is preferred but not required. The Company will provide direct leads from time to time but the primary effort will be the Outbound telemarketing targeting and cold calling the best prospects for the product.

Cold calling, responding to incoming sales calls and proactively contacting established clients
Acquiring referrals and additional contact information when needed
Meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, including number of quotes, number of daily calls, number of sales orders and sales total
Managing projects and relationships
Supporting marketing efforts by following up on leads, inquiries etc.
