This individual must be highly organized, practice solid time management, and have the ability to work with people, projects, tasks at a high level. Automotive passion or interest is a major plus.

The Event Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating and organizing all of our event production pre-planning and logistics. You will be working with the producers, camera operators and the general manager of the department. This position is based in Temecula (Murrieta), California.
About the Job.
Ultimately, the job is to coordinate all of the moving parts that entail a live broadcast. This is a part-time position with the option to grow into a full time position based on the candidate.
Help develop and manage pre-event production schedules.
Responsible for travel plans and coordination for each event (30-35/events year).
Act as the key point of contact for all freelance contractors who work at events.
Develop freelance staffing plans to ensure all events are efficiently crewed with the proper amount of camera operators & Producers/Directors
Responsible for recruiting new camera operators & producers on a quarterly basis.
Responsible for developing a proactive maintenance schedule that keeps the SpeedVideo fleet running in top condition.
Responsible for coordinating maintenance and repairs for the fleet as they come up.
Works with each facility’s staff to ensure requirements for live broadcasts are met.
Works with event producers post-event on reporting.
Skills & Experience:
3-5 Years Experience as a Senior Admin or Project Coordinator
Spreadsheet Experience Required (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Project management skills to manage schedules and deadlines within a competitive business environment.
High attention to detail
Strong communicator both in person and via electronic means.
Exceptional time management skills
General understanding of the video production process
Event Coordinatoris measured on the success of the day to day operations of the department. Success criteria includes:

Timely follow up on all details of an event.
