Our Sales Representatives have in office sales and customer service responsibilities as well as show responsibilities. Representatives answer inbound sales calls and assist customers with product selection, maintain relationships with existing customers and create relationships with new customers in order to develop repeat business. This will involve returning calls and answering messages as well as problem-solving customer service issues. Each Representative also attends several car shows and events per year.
Schedule and Availability:
The schedule will typically be a 40 hour week with various shifts available between the hours of 8AM to 8PM, Monday-Friday. Applicants should also be available from 8-12 on Saturday as members of our sales team rotates working Saturday mornings throughout the year. Sales representatives travel to 6-10 car events each year (local and national travel).
Qualifications, Education and Experience 1. Prior experience working in a high-activity sales environment preferred 2. Knowledge of tire, wheel, and other automotive technical information helpful 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills 4. Highly motivated and energetic personality 5. Some level of higher education preferred not required 6. Ability to lift 35-50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally to assist at car shows
