Our Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in developing team members who deliver excellent customer service and an overall positive customer experience. Our Assistant Store Managers support the overall operation of our retail stores as a complement to the Store Manager in charge or in their absence. They assist in the development, training and mentoring of store team members to achieve store objectives as well as their individual career goals at O'Reilly Auto Parts.
Automotive parts experience
Retail management experience

Excellent verbal communication skills
Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems a plus
Automotive parts, equipment or systems knowledge
ASE certification preferred
