If you want to work in a fast pace, Apple type environment where there is lots of employee interaction, S&B is just the place. The ideal employee for this position is one who is very familiar with cars (specifically trucks). If you are have or have been a mechanic and you are looking to transition to a desk job, you would be a great fit. You don't have to have any technical support experience, but you have to enjoy speaking with customers on the phone to answer their questions and help them solve their problems.
Technical Support Representative Entry Level Job Duties:
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
Improves product quality by identifying problems and recommending changes.
Helps manufacturing team identify problems with quality, installation instructions, etc to improve the customer experience and reduce tech support calls.
Answers customers questions to help sell S&B product.
Technical Support Representative Entry Level Skills and Qualifications:
Problem Solving, Help Desk Experience, Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Customer Service, Quality Focus, PC Proficiency.
