VeriFacts Automotive is looking for an administrative professional with bookkeeping experience to work in our Newport Beach office to support the CEO, CFO, and bookkeeper.
VeriFacts Automotive is based in Newport Beach, CA and we work with collision repair shops across the United States and Canada. We provide monthly coaching and training to collision repair shops; for more on our VQ Medallion program, please visit www.verifactsauto.com.
This role is primarily responsible for:
Supporting VeriFacts with accounting duties (both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
Conducts all duties associated with bi-weekly payroll, including inputting data to Paychex.
Performs monthly bank reconciliations for VeriFacts Automotive bank accounts.
Performs AMEX credit card reconciliations.
Processes cash disbursements and assists in cash management.
Assists in 1099 preparation.
Gathers all necessary financial reporting to federal, city and state agencies, as needed.
