Responsible for achieving production goals of daily and weekly repair activities.
Provide direction to all employees to ensure repair orders are processed according to repair plan. Adjust daily plan as needed.
Responsible for maintaining productivity levels to achieve minimal cycle time.
Ensure all vehicles are disassembled for repair and report additional damage to estimators.
Minimum of twice daily, perform a status review of the vehicles schedule for release two days out.
Conduct daily meetings with employees to review daily/weekly goals, review repair order status during meetings.
Inspect all vehicle repairs for quality control prior to paint process, post paint repair and after reassembly prior to customer delivery.
Insure the parts process of fit and returns of parts and cores for credit.

3-5 years of prior auto body collision repair experience. Advanced understanding and knowledge of operations and repair process/procedures. Experience managing employees in a high performing environment.
