POSITION SCOPE: The role of International Sales Executive (ISE) is critical for the growth of the Company. There is a significant opportunity to grow with the job as we increase our market share worldwide with both new and existing customer accounts. This growth will come both from geographical expansion and from developing our dealer networks in existing markets. The ISE will be responsible for maximizing our sales revenue by developing new business specifically in the US. As sales grow, so will the importance of the job and the salary. The position will involve a high degree of travel in the US region so you should love traveling. The role is suited to a confident, outgoing, and disciplined sales professional, who loves motorsport and has worked in a similar role in an international market.
Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.
Prepare action plans for effective search for US sales leads and prospects.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the US market.
Responsible for reviewing current US dealer accounts, selling new products to existing accounts, and gaining placement of existing products to accounts that do not yet carry them.
Build a solid dealer sales pipeline and develop opportunities for growth.
Achieve pre-defined US sales targets.
Develop key relationships with our US-based customers
Provide timely feedback to management regarding US sales performance.
6+ years ofl sales experience
Results driven & documented success in exceeding sales goals or objectives.
Strong process discipline & ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and develop territory revenue
Experience in developing strategic plans and accurate forecasts for territory and accounts.
Should be familiar with international business concepts, practices, procedures.
Must be able to clearly articulate customer pain, work with distributors and customers to build workable medium term solutions, and drive the selling process
Track record of success in a highly self-directed environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS OFFICE and associated applications required
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
Sales experience in the Dealership Channel
Has automotive knowledge, or commensurate mechanical aptitude
Has cold calling experience
