AWC Inc. is a leading wheel manufacturing company. We’re looking for a high energy, personable, Outside Sales Representative for our Southern California, Garden Grove distribution warehouse. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate positively with customers and sales team. We seek a self-driven, disciplined, reliable, hard-working, excellent communicator with experience in the automotive aftermarket wheel industry.
Preferred qualifications are experience within a wheel warehouse setting with at least 3 years of experience selling to retail wheel & tire stores, and dealership accounts.
Primary duties and responsibilities would include weekly route planning, cold calling, development and management of new customer account relationships, the ability to evaluate sales opportunities while safeguarding appropriate selling margins, the recording and tracking of sales to help monitor and assure that monthly selling goals are being achieved; all within the perimeters of a warehouse team environment, helping to ensure on time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Required qualifications are having a proven track record of successful selling within the aftermarket wheel industry, having the ability to work independently, being entrepreneurial minded with a drive and passion to succeed, being a strategic thinker, having strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook), having a strong work ethic, and dynamic communication and interpersonal skills.
